Doç. Dr. H. Mete İNANÇLI

He was born in Sakarya in 1978. He was graduated from Bursa Ulubatlı Hasan Anatolian High School with a first degree. He admitted to Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 after ranked in %1 of overall attendees. He is graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2002. During his faculty years he admitted to Johns Hopkins University Faculty of Medicine Department of Cardiology as a visiting elective student under supervision of Prof. Dr. Stephen Acuff in 1999 for two months. In the following year he admitted as a visiting elective student to Aberdeen University Faculty of Medicine Department of General Medicine. Just after he is graduated from the Faculty of Medicine he passed the specialty entrance exam in 2002. He is graduated from Ankara Ataturk Training and Research Hospital in 2008. In the residency years he is densely trained for endoscopic sinus surgery and ear surgeries (Tympanoplasty procedures). He started his residency in Dr. Burhan Nalbantoglu State Hospital and trained in the same hospital for 2,5 years. He learned septoplasty and tympanoplasty procedures from Dr. Gökmen Türsoy and he learned adenotonsillectomy and myringoplasty procedures from Dr. Bülent Dizdarlı. Just after this period he went to USA for 2 months. He attended to Harvard University, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Department of Facial Plastics as an observer resident in 2005 under supervision of Dr. Ramsey Al-sarraf. After this education period he continued his residency in Ankara Ataturk Training and Research Hospital. In the second half of his residency training he got educated densely for endoscopic procedures of rhinology (Functional endoscopic sinus surgery, microdebrider surgery and balloon sinuplasty) and ear surgery procedures (all types of tympanoplasty and stapedectomy procedures). He got trained by Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan during this period. In the second half of the residency he found the opportunity to attend a European Mobility Project. Under cover of this project he went to A.Z.V.U.B. in Brussels for learning Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery under supervision of Prof. Dr. P.A.R. Clement and to Heidelberg University in Germany for learning free flaps for head and neck tumors under supervision of Prof. Dr. Peter Plinkert. After finishing the residency training he attended to work in Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital as a senior house officer. He has more than 50 publications and over 70 presentations in congresses. He is affiliated as Associated Professor after the exam in February 2013. In year 2013 he had a speech in German ORL Congress in Mainz about minimally invasive video assisted parathyroid surgery and he was panelist in IFOS 2013(World Congress) in Seoul in two panels (Allergic rhinitis and Parathyroid Surgery). He moved to North Cyprus in 2011 and started to work in Near East University Faculty of Medicine Department of Otorhinolaryngology. He is focused in rhinology (allergic rhinitis, sinus surgeries and rhinoplasty) and head and neck tumors mostly. He is continuing to give lectures in Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry. He also keeps producing academic articles. He is interested in rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgeries, sleep apnea surgery and head and neck tumor surgery.
